We liked how Kyle wiped down our car after he had gone to get gas in the rain and how he went over the every detail. 04/2010 Magness Toyota had one of the cleanest vehicle service shops I've seen, and unlike many of the service garages I've been to in the past, the personnel there were very friendly and helpful. Other service facilities could take lessons from Magness on how to be *friendly & polite* to paying customers. This was very much appreciated...that positive attitude will go a long way with me.
